'Mavinakayi chitranna recipe - How to make Karnataka style raw mango rice recipe. Its made for Ugadi festival. Its a yummy lunch box recipe as well. I have prepared it just like Nimbehannu chitranna. So I haven\'t satueed the raw mango before adding the rice. This is one method of doing chitranna in Karnataka. If you wish, you can saute the raw mango for 2 minutes before adding rice.
