INSTAGRAM: instagram.com/_cookingthebooks_ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CHEDDAR CHEESE FONDUE 1lb cheddar cheese, shredded by hand (do not use pre-shredded cheese) 2T flour 1c milk 1t grated onions or shallots 1t Worcestershire sauce Dash of cayenne Salt to taste Dredge cheese with flour. Heat milk in fondue pot (or saucepan on stove). Add onion and bring milk to a near boil. Stir in cheese a handful at a time, continuing to heat and stir until cheese is melted. Add Worcestershire sauce, cayenne, and salt. Serve alongside cubed french bread, roasted vegetables, apple slices, and any other dippers you can think of!
