'Insalata Frittata from Food Wars (Shokugeki no Soma) | Magic Marinade | ASMR'

'I\'ve had a whole lot of people recommend the Anime Food Wars (Shokugeki no Soma) for quite a while now, and I finally got around to watching it last month. It didn\'t disappoint. It\'s quirky, highly eccentric, borderline hentai at times and very, very well researched when it comes to their food science. Quite by coincidence, I was in the middle of Frittata Month here on Magic Marinade when I came across an episode where one of the Aldini brothers cooks up a breakfast salad with a frittata at the heart of it. I decided to use my bell pepper frittata for it\'s complexity of smoky-sweet flavour and how it\'d tie in beautifully with a balsamic vinaigrette, something he explicitly mentions using as a dressing in the series. It turned out to be a surprisingly light and flavourful breakfast salad to start your day with. I\'d definitely recommend.
