All opinions are however, my own!  #Noom #WhatIEatInADay #NigerianFood #WeightLoss #StayingFit   What I Had: Breakfast Light French Toast: Full recipe can be found on Noom programme (251 calories) Lunch Seafood Okra and semolina (sometimes enjoy okra on it\'s own) (626 calories) Dinner: Beef Stew with Brown rice & mixed vegetables (570 calories) Total calories: 1547 (my usual calorie intake is between 1500-2000 calories per day depending on if i\'m working out or not to help me maintain my weight whilst enjoying the things I love in a healthy balanced way).
