'The upper body workout you’ve been searching for is here! Join Planet Fitness trainer, Felicia as she leads you through exercises targeting biceps, triceps, shoulders, and back. No equipment? No worries! There will be modifications for those of you working out at home. Any fitness level can participate — just remember to have fun!  First things first, Felicia will take you through a brief warm up to get those muscles loose. You’ll then be taken through an upper body workout featuring exercises like bicep curls, chest press, bent over rows, and more! Remember to stop for water whenever you need it and to always go at your own pace. Once you’ve completed the strength moves, you’ll do some cool down stretching.
