Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a kadai and roast cashews till golden brown.Remove and keep it with roasted rava. In the same kadai ,add 5 cups of water and bring to roll boil. Add roasted rava and mix well in high flame till all the water is absorbed by rava. Cover and cook well for 2-3 minutes in medium flame.After rava is cooked well,add 1.5 cups of sugar and mix without lumps. Mixture will become watery.Mix well for 3-4 minutes in medium flame till the mixture turns slightly thicker.Add the remaining ghee,cardamom powder and remove from the stove. Transfer it to a ghee greased bowl or plate. Mixture will be watery and flow like a ribbon.Don\'t worry.It will become thick as it cools down.When you touch the kesari,it will become non-sticky. Drizzle a tsp of ghee and remove a scoop using a ladle.Serve warm and enjoy !! NOTE : If you wish to serve kesari when hot or make into pieces, stir the mixture for one more minute till it starts to leave the sides of pan.'
