Camden Market, London, is a collection of six different markets that cover the area around the famous Camden Lock. The Market has grown from just 16 stalls to over 1,000, with all types of clothing, food, handcrafted items and almost anything else you can think of on offer at one or more of the stalls. The Market began near local music venue Dingwalls but has grown to include much of Camden Town, including an area that used to be horse stables. Many of the outer stalls at the Market cater mainly for tourists, with London shirts, key chains, and other trinkets. If these take your fancy, there are loads of different options for a memorable London gift. If you’re searching for something a little more unique, venturing further into the Market can be a great decision.
