'Beef tongue---- 1 1/2 kg Garlic------------ 5 cloves Onion------------1 large size Beef tongue stock---400ml Margarine--------2 tbsp Sweet corn------150gm Thick cream-----125 gm Fresh mushroom---250gm Salt----1tsp Ground black pepper----1/2 tsp Ginger-----30gm Lemongrass-----1 twig Method Boil the beef tongue with ginger and lemongrass for 2 hours.let it cool down and sliced into thin pieces.do not throw the stock because you will use it later.
