'Yakitori  is a Japanese type of skewered meat, as chicken, pork and more ( unagi, prawn,...) Its preparation involves skewering the meat with kushi , a type of skewer typically made of steel, bamboo, or similar materials.  Afterwards, they are grilled over a charcoal fire.
