'Salted duck egg yolk that originated in China is something that has been famous ever since the craze started in Singapore. People put it on chips, dishes, sauces, etc. My addiction started when I first had Irvin\'s a few years back. Then I had it on fried chicken. Fabulous! But I gotta say, putting it on prawns just levels it up. I mean, how can you not love it? Today I\'m gonna be cooking my version of it using salted duck egg yolks. Oh yeah! I will be using Vietnamese tiger prawns or Vannamei prawns which I ordered from an online butcher called, @thefarmersmarketsg.
