'Hey guys! In this video, we revisit Filipino food and attempt to make one of the most amazing dishes into a healthier option for one of your weeknight meals! We got Sisig but, instead of using pork belly, we use pork loin which has a ton more protein per serving and a lot less fat. Our recipe is made for a more balanced approach to the dish in terms of nutrition and will keep you on track for your fitness goals! Try out the recipe for yourselves and let us know how it goes!   Ingredient List:  1lb Pork Loin (or Pork Belly if you want to stay traditional)  2 Tbsp Soy Sauce  1 Tbsp Light Mayo  2 Jalapeños 1 bell pepper 1 red onion  3 cups white rice (450g)  Salt & Pepper  1 Tbsp Lime Juice  1 Tsp Chicken Bullion Powder  1 Tbsp Butter  1 Tbsp Oil   Recipe:  1. Cook up pork loin on medium heat with 1 tbsp of oil. Just get the color on both sides. 2-3 minutes on each side should be plenty.  2. Chop up pork into bite sized cubes  3. Add pork into bowl, red onions, jalapeños, bell peppers, salt & pepper, chicken bullion, lime juice, mayo and mix till everything is nice and incorporated.  4. Into cast iron, add 1 tbsp butter and add mixture in from earlier. Get color on the veggies and pork and that\'s it!  5. Plate with 150 grams of white rice and some bok choi or whatever vegetable you like to eat!
