'[No talking, just food] Char kway teow noodles are one of my favorite dishes of all time, bringing me back to my childhood when I\'d enjoy a plate of chow fun from my family\'s favorite Chinese restaurant. Growing up with Singaporean family, I guess these flat rice noodles are built into my DNA (I love pad see ew too). The Hong Lim Food Centre is yet another great hawker street food court in Singapore, featuring over 100 stalls, many of which have received Michelin distinctions. Outram Park Fried Kway Teow has a Bib Gourmand and consistently sports some of the longest lines in the entire center. But trust me, it\'s worth it. Especially for only $3 US!
