We all know to stay away from fast food at meal time.  But then, how do some people seem to wolf down greasy cheeseburgers all the time, and not gain any weight?  In fact, they are in better shape than ever!  It seems to defy all logic, and everything we learned in eighth grade health class.  But Brainiacs, it is absolutely possible to eat those “bad for you” meals, and stay in great shape.  Today, we are talkin about how the human body reacts to the foods we eat, and specifically, how genetics, and our routine throughout the week, can allow someone to eat whatever they want, including that double cheeseburger with a super sized drink and large fries.
