'The Amoy Street Food Hawker Centre in the Central Business District of Singapore is one of the many food heavens that Singapore is well known for. It\'s the home to some of the best food in Singapore. I decided to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner there (kind of), and I was rewarded with delicious affordable dishes - pumpkin cake, curry puffs, beef noodles, and Singapore-style ramen. It was one of the best food days of my life. Many of these food hawker stalls have been featured in Michelin\'s Bib Gourmand section, which awards incredible food for reasonable prices. I spent under $20 for all three meals. The Amoy Street Food Centre is located at 7 Maxwell Road (down the road from the Maxwell Food Center. They\'re closed on weekends. The food center caters to the business workers in the surrounding skyscrapers. At lunch it gets packed, so make sure you come early and come prepared to stand in lines. I waited for around 30 minutes to get a bowl of noodles at A Noodle Story. I\'m not complaining - it was completely worth it, but if you are hoping to try it, get there early (around 11:00). They apparently only make around 200 bowls, and then close up for the day. I hope you enjoy this video as much as I enjoyed eating the food... Wait, that\'s impossible. I post weekly videos every Tuesday and Thursday at 3PM EST. ---/// ABOUT ME \\--- I live in China and am constantly exploring and traveling the country and other parts of Asia.
