'✓ There\'s a new crisp in town and we can confirm that it\'s absolutely delicious!!! We genuinely have to say that when eaten as fresh as this; thankfully, all other shop packet crisps like Golden Wonder & Walkers (with their preservatives & additives) have to finally take a back seat. This fella is serving up handmade freshly cooked Sweet Potato Chips while you wait - there is no secret to the recipe & preparation because he makes everything in full view of you - finely slicing the sweet potato (using a Benriner Japanese Mandoline), frying them & finally offering a choice of seasoning flavours such as Rosemary, Paprika, Salt and Pepper, Peri Peri, Cinnamon & Corriander Salt, He\'s so proud of his product, that entrepreneur Nicholas has lent his family name to \"McLauchlan\'s Sweet Potato Crisps\". Towards the end of this video there\'s a few words from the man himself; detailing a holiday in Mexico as the inspiration behind his business & mentioning why it\'s such a perfect product. It\'s also worth mentioning that the business is environmentally friendly because he travels to & from where he is trading with everything being self contained within a customised trade-mans tricycle. At the moment Mr McLauchlan\'s has taken some time off to study at university so is not trading at Camden Market; but he\'s told us to let you know that he is available to hire for private events, ad-hoc functions, corporate events etc.......if you have any questions you can contact him on: 07964 801 704. Here\'s link to McLauchlan\'s various social media pages: Twitter: https://twitter.com/ThatCrispGuy?lang=en-gb & Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/McLauchlans-Sweet-Potato-Crisps-818661188169924/?fref=ts McLauchlan\'s stall is located in the West Yard of Camden Lock Market in the \"Global Kitchen Street Food\" area (adjacent to the Regents Canal), but also trades at various locations so if you\'re planning to visit, then its best to send a message first via email it\'s: [email protected] or their Facebook or Twitter page.
