'A large part of food waste and food loss occurs right after production: fruit and vegetables that are not sold, and therefore not consumed. To prevent them from ending up in the bin, Julie and her partner Faustine have created the organisation L\'économe. In their lorry, which has been converted into a travelling kitchen, they visit producers in the Var region in the South of France and turn surplus into delicious canned food.
