'Food Preservation (Introduction to canning applesauce)'

'Sustainable Today opens it\'s special program on food preservation with an overview by Jenny Rudolph of the Oregon State University Extension Service.  Jenny talks about different methods of preserving fruit, vegetables and meats  and  the safety factors involved.   This interview is followed by a demonstration of how to can applesauce in a hot water canner.'
