'If you\'re a fan of Japanese cuisine, then you absolutely must try the Yaki Udon at Corner Ramen & Poke in Denver. We recently had the pleasure of trying this dish and can confidently say that it was one of the best #udonnoodles we\'ve tasted!  Firstly, the portion size was very generous, and the noodles were perfectly cooked - tender and chewy, but not too soft or too firm. The dish was also loaded with fresh, flavorful veggies like cabbage, onions, and carrots, which added a great crunch and complemented the savory flavor of the dish perfectly.  What really stood out to me, though, was the delicious sauce that coated everything. It had the perfect balance of salty, sweet, and savory flavors that made each bite absolutely addictive. Plus, the protein options were plentiful and you can choose from shrimp, chicken, or tofu to top off your #Yaki Udon.  The atmosphere at Corner Ramen & Poke is also lovely and authentic - it\'s cozy and welcoming, with friendly staff and a great vibe.
