'#shorts This is me eating my last meal for the next 7 days. After my big final meal my weight was 161 pounds, and if you remember what this challenge did to Sean in 5 days, you’d subscribe right now. The first 24 hours were a breeze since the meal I ate was so large but by hour 31 the hunger really started to kick in. Days 2 and 3 were by far the hardest of the challenge. The guys would continuously order food in front of me, and since I hadn’t hit ketosis yet, I was really worried that I should stop. By day 4 I was too weak and malnourished to go about my normal day and since my headaches were becoming too unbearable to manage, we all became worried this was posing a major health risk. But luckily for me, by the 125 hour mark- I was officially a god. I hit ketosis which means my body was now eating it’s own stored fats. Given that I was full of energy and no longer hungry, I was able to carry. this all the way until day 7 completing the challenge with this bite being the best of my life.
