'#shorts Making my first batches of Fermented Jalapeño Green Pepper Sauce, Homemade Hot Sauce. I\'m making this one for my brother as he loves Tabasco\'s Green Pepper Sauce. It turned out alright for my first attempt. It\'s not hot too spicy , but that\'s how he likes it. My 1st Green Pepper Sauce - Fermented for 2 weeks, 3% Brine, PH 3.3 when finished. INGREDIENTS: • 15 Medium Jalapeño Peppers • 2 Orange Habanero Peppers • 1 Green Bell Pepper • 1/2 Green Apple • 6 Cloves of Garlic AFTER FERMENTATION These Ingredients Were Added • Brine (All of it) • 1/4 Cup Vinegar • Salt to Taste • 1-Tablespoon Onion Powder • 1-Tablespoon Coriander Powder • 1- Tablespoon Cumin Powder • 1-Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder • 1-Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Powder For a hotter batch, substitute the green bell pepper for all jalapeños. I would have added a lot of onions to this but my brother is not a fan of onions. I\'m hoping he doesn\'t notice the onion powder
