'The Nourishment and Reserve system in Mortal Online 2 is very complicated. So im explaining how to gain and lose weight with your character. There are a lot of stat bonuses that depending on your weight. The higher your character is the wider is the range between the stat bonuses. Each 2 KG will give you 1 Health point. So you need to plan your chacter build accordingly to that. Also losing weight is more difficult than gaining weight. In longer battles and longer travels you need to make sure that stamina and health nourishment food is always available, or you will have a lot of trouble.
