You will burn 100-220 calories. The calories burned depend on many factors so to get the most accurate count for yourself, I suggest using a fitness tracker.  Q2. Will I really lose weight with this workout? The short answer is yes. The workout is designed to burn fat and calories while having fun. Combine this workout with one of my 30 minute ones for the best results. But you must also follow a balanced nutritious diet. A healthy home cooked meal with portion control will usually do the trick. I always say that the weighing scale is not the only indicator of good health so develop good eating and workout habits for sustained good health.  Q3. You have so many workouts on your channel. Which other ones can I do?  Any of them. I design my workouts by duration to appeal to all types of schedules. The 15min ones are sometimes most intense to pack a lot of cardio in a short time.
