Let\'s smash this DAY 15 - it\'s going to be another INTENSE Full Body Cardio | HIIT Sesh, yet No Jumping. We want to keep it all varied - and for sure we also need to be easier on our joints sometimes. We should not do high impact every day. It\'s still a HIIT Sesh like I mentioned, so I am not really slowing down in this one. But as always: FOCUS on yourself, choose a pace which you can keep and most importantly maintain a proper form while exercising. As always, focus on yourself - make every single workout your own workout. There are always many more ways to modify, such as slowing down, resting more, for example. Let\'s do this.
