'The fitness industry has been one of the hardest hit during this pandemic. Covid has meant that many gyms have had zero income but still face overhead costs. During this time we have been working with the team at Energie fitness HQ and @Lucy Brookes on the mental health support for their network. BMR had a chat with Lucy to look at why and how Energie chose this time to introduce a mandatory mental health policy across their franchise network.
