'Join this Upper Body Workout with PF Trainer Kelly'

'Who’s ready for an upper body workout? We know PF Trainer Kelly is! In this fitness video, she’s in the PF 360 Area, but will be providing modifications for those making this a home workout. This routine was made for all fitness levels, so feel free to keep up or go at your own speed. Let’s get started!  First thing’s first — the warm-up. Today, you’ll be doing arm circles, and arm hugs. After that, Kelly will take you through a series of exercises including bent over rows, shoulder taps, and inchworms. Once you’re through that, you’re through the workout!
