'[Ingredients] 200g / 7 ounces fresh shelled oysters and scallops (about 15 pieces each) 5 cloves sliced garlic 1/2 small green onion 2 tablespoons chojang (Korean red chili dipping sauce) [Directions] 1. Scrub the oysters and scallops clean in cold water. Remove any sand or debris. Drain the water for a few minutes. 2. Set up a steamer, or put a steamer basket in a lidded wok or deep pan and fill with water. 3. Bring to the boil over a high heat. Place oysters and scallops, cup-side down in the steamer or on the rack and cover with the lid. Turn the heat to low and steam the oysters and scallops until they begin to open. (about 10 mins) 4. Slice the garlic and green onion. Place the pieces on top of the oyster and scallop and add a bit of chojang. 5. Enjoy your fresh seafood! 6.
