'I have a treat for you all today! The amazing Lucy Wyndham-Read has created this fabulous 7 minute workout for us. For those of you who don’t know who she is, Lucy is a fully certified trainer who creates several different types of full body workouts. This 7 minute workout doesn’t require the gym or any equipment. Keep at it for at least 7 days in a row and let me know the difference you feel, trust me you’ll feel it. Don’t worry if you struggle with it for the first few days, it will get better and easier. Put your favourite songs in the background, to get you pumped.
