'Got a set of bands and want to do a home workout? Lucy, one of our team, has put together a banded workout for you to do in your own home!  The workout: Banded Squat Pulses Banded Kick Backs Banded Squats Banded Glute Bridges Banded Standing Abductors Banded Crab Walks  Complete 3 rounds, do 30 seconds on each exercise with a 1 minute break in between'
