'Hi subbies! Today is another 7 minute workout I followed from Lucy Wyndham Read. I feel so good and have much better stamina from following her workouts. I didn\'t take my measurements because like I said in the video, I don\'t want to fixate on numbers. Initially I didn\'t think I lost any weight but after watching the two videos side by side I see a reduction in my belly fat especially. What difference do you see? Lemme know below.
