This question has always troubled a lot of us. The benefits of having adequate water intake is well documented and is known to almost everybody. Let us see how we can increase our water intake. 1.) When somebody is doing intense weight training their high protein diets will warrant a good supply of water. A simple way of doing it is to peg this on events. These events can be your pre workout time, intra workout time and post workout time. This will ensure you stay hydrated all the time. 2.) Make sure you use a sipper having a capacity of at least 0.5l . This will result into a greater water intake. Normally our body can take around 10 to 15 litres of water per day. Although reaching these levels is equally tough and unnecessary,we should shoot for somewhere in the range of 2.5l to 5l per day. Drinking too much water at once can be harmful. This can cause mineral imbalances in the body.'
