'Hi Everyone! I tend to get a lot of questions about what I eat, so I thought that I\'d film a \'What I Eat In A Day\' video for y\'all. I eat a whole foods plant-based diet, which pretty much means I eat a lot of fresh real foods, and I limit processed foods as much as I can. I\'m not perfect, and I still eat take-out (as you\'ll see)--I just do my best to eat a predominately healthful diet.
